We loved hotel's comfortable and absolutely perfect location!!

The hotel was fairly clean and had brilliantly friendly and amicable staff who showed outstanding customer service. Location: the venue was really close to the cafe at 8.40 and the railway and bus and Burwood shopping centre. It was within easy walking distance of Domino's Pizza, serving fast food.

Smooth check-in process. Convenient parking available. Modern and functional rooms with pleasant decor. Great location close to Homebush, public transport, shops, and tourist attractions.

The stay here was very enjoyable at 2 am 2 nights in a row. The restaurant was trendy with good food, I tried excellent dishes. The bed was nice. The staff were wonderfully friendly and affable. Location of hotel was magnificent and unbeatable. The shuttle to the station was a big plus.

The room was noisy. The room was excessively light. The room was marginally clean when I arrived. There is a distinct charcoal smell to the room. It is like there had been a fire in the room and a poor attempt to cover it up was made. My room was "cleaned" on the 2nd day of my 3 night stay. It was clearly cleaned with dirty equipment/cloths. The shower / bath had numerous black hairs around it,,,,, I do not have dark or black hair, and they had not been there when I had my shower! The floor was dirty

During our recent stay at Comfort Inn, we were pleased with the comfortable room and the convenient location. The room size was just right, allowing us to move around freely without feeling cramped. The bathroom was clean and modern, providing all the necessary facilities. We appreciated the fact that the hotel provided secure parking at no extra cost, making it easy for us to park our car without any hassle. Moreover, the breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. Lastly, the staff was very friendly, providing us with helpful information and making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Cleaner was very terrible. We staied 7 nights, and we already booked the room for 5 people. But We only get 4 towels and they didn't put enough shower need even toilet paper. So we still need to ask resection almost every night. And some of the days they didn't clean the room or floor even bath tub. We tried to complain about cleaner, but still happen next day. One day they just left bath towels on the floor, and didn't clean the floor. Cockroach also stay the room with us. Can't sleep well. The worst cleaner I haven't seen. Can't believe this hotel has 4 stars quality.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Room was modern and nicely furnished. It had all the facilities required in a hotel room. The mini-bathtub was a nice bonus. Tiles on floor were nice. More hygienic than carpet.

The room could have been cleaner, there was a soap mark on the handbasin where a cake of soap had previously been. There was a bit of dust on surfaces, particularly the shelves in the bathroom and near the tea/coffee making tray. The bathroom was a bit mouldy. The shower rose intermittently dripped. I could not turn it off tight enough to stop it when it was dripping, then it would stop for an hour or so, then continue to drip again. The handbasin taps were loose and the entire unit moved when you put the tap on. The cold tap handle in the shower was loose and fell off.

I recently stayed at a hotel that perfectly suited my needs. the location was fantastic, as it was walking distance to various amenities such as restaurants and the train station. Secondly, I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the basic amenities provided. Lastly, I loved that my room had a kitchen and a balcony, which added a unique touch to my stay.

All in all, I had a great experience and can't think of any major improvements needed.

I was briefly there as My meetings were close by and I arrived late evening but the staff both at night and in the morning were gracious and helpful.

We stayed in an apartment with our kids. The staff was helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. We found an IGA nearby and several options for eating out. It was convenient to have a free parking spot and easy access to the main road leading to the Chinatown area. The train station was also within a short distance, making it easy to explore the city.

We had a hard time sleeping due to the uncomfortable and hard bed.
